Born in the United Kingdom in 1947, Dennis moved to Australia in 1969. He has been involved in all facets of property development for over 25 years.

Major clients include National Australia Bank, Repco, Boral, O'Brien Glass Industries, Metal Manufacturers, Olex Cables, Dulux, Heytesbury Holdings, Optus, KPMG Peat Marwick, Corinthian Industries, Telecom, Solomon Carpets and Yellow Pages.

Mr Crossley is a licensed real estate agent, general auctioneer, member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
